We went back to the beach in April for a night and took Everly back (she has been three times now to this beach which is the same beach we got engaged on). We thought she would really enjoy it and like to walk around and play in the water and honestly she hated walking on the sand and was afraid to go into the water. It was nearly a bust. She kept walking towards the shore and back to the hotel.
Buddy on the other hand LOVES the beach which is so suprising to me. Dave threw him in the ocean and he loved it. He kept running back into the water and Everly thought he was so funny. She just wanted to touch and play with him and of course he kept running his figure eight "evasive" moves around her.
The longer we were out she got slightly better but still only wanted to stay where the sand was wet.
